That sounds cool, I do have a pretty wicked cough, but I blame crack mostly.

That would be a godsend at airports.........

not to mention the fact that you could "moke" that electronic "stem" in the bathroom during flights!

wow....the mile high Krak-Head club.....

i am SO there.

Yep, you hit the nail right on the head. Once you REALLY make the decision, you will quit. (.....snip snip respectively....)
Anyway, when you finally make the decision to stop, whatever your motivation will be, I have no doubt that you will do it!
Been down this road several times. Have used the patch, hypnosis, accupuncture, many others. All worked for awhile. Sometimes a loooooong while, and I do agree - it's a mind thing. With any addiction. Ya just gotta want it bad enough. My last quitting episode I used Chantix. Used it for 2 months and after awhile it made smoking sooooo not taste good. Was quit for 6 months, loved it. Then the housefire hit 4 months ago and I said fuck it and sparked up one, and that was it. It's usually like that with me - I get stressed and go into fuck it mode. Dammit. I know for me when I get disgusted enough again and wake up one morning and say, "Enough!", I will quit. Good luck to you.

Hubby's been using an eCig for about two weeks now, and he has gone down from 2 pks a day to 1. I'm hoping to have $ soon to order one for me.

BTW: You can get a 10% discount from NJOY by entering the coupon code "greensmoke".

my husband has one and loves it. He admits he gets more from it without the effects of tar and other additives. Got his sense of smell back.

Meh!!! I've been in the same viscious cycle for years too!!! Most recently I had shoulder surgery back in January, pretty much had quit the entire 6 months before that. Sitting at home bored, started smoking again. I am only smoking 2-6 a day, I really need to just STOP, but like everyone else on here, I sometimes really enjoy a cigarette!
I also want to know about the Njoy. Please guys....feedback!

Does anyone know where to buy " ecig" without having to order online??

Is there a popular store that sells the ecig and cartridges ?

Here's the link to their site:
https://www.tscgrpsolutions.com/njoy/we ... x?topseq=1

They say Pilot Travel Centers, Kangaroo, Costco, Travel Centers of America, Petro, Smoker Friendly, Flash Market, and all Meijer Supercenters. So it looks like a lot of the larger truck stop chains sell them. I'm on my way out the door to run errands and was going to Meijers anyway. Think I might have to check this out.

Make it quick! You want to die anyway!

Image

But if you don't smoke addictively and only occassionally you might not die from smoking.

Any way our economy depends on your tax dollars! Die knowing you are making a difference!

I have mine.. the npro model.. works great and hopefully I will have this nasty habit kicked soon.

The company is sold out.. I managed to get one of the last ones on amazon. Supposedly they will be available again at the end of the month.

Wayy better than gum or patches. And there is a nicotine free cartridge in case you still want to have something to puff after weening off the nic.

Well the ashtray smell is not there anymore and the reload cartriges are less than a carton of smokes. The equivalent of a carton of smokes is 20 bucks with the NJOY system. My teeth are fucked for other reasons mainly the lack of money for dental so I'm just waiting and planning for dentures down the road. At least i can machine them myself with a little MasterCAM programming MUAHAHAHA! Titanium dentures

After Drum jumped from $4.50 to $12 a pouch, I had to invest in an electronic cigarette. Since NJoy was completely sold out, I went with http://smokingeverywhere.com/, which from what I can tell is pretty much identical.

I've been using it for about a week now, and it has helped me cut back on cigarette smoking, although it's not quite as satisfying as a real cigarette. They did a pretty good job replicating one though. I think if I switch to the cartridges with the higher nicotine content I could probably ween myself off the cancer sticks entirely.

Aside from that, the only disappointments I've encountered are that even though they aren't cigarettes, a lot of bars still don't want you using them because they look like a cigarette and it might encourage other smokers to light up. And the cartridges are much less biodegradable than the equivalent cigarette butts.

Otherwise, I've been fully enjoying the ability to "smoke" in places where it's generally not allowed... which since there is no smell even includes bathrooms in places that don't want them used in visibility. I can now smoke inside my apartment again, and don't have to worry about ashtrays or accidental burning. Plus, since it's still unfamiliar to most people it can be a really interesting icebreaker!

Wow that one looks identical and there are more flavor options. Anyone want to buy my NJOY? (just kidding no commerce eh) I was curious as to whether NJOY or now this company as well would be making some sort of bio-friendly cartridge or offering recycling of used ones. Maybe if enough of us pester them with emails they will look into it and we would just use a pre-paid envelope to mail em back to them.

Glad to see this thread is still up top.

I am still doing a mix of the ecig and regular cigs, but have cut way back on the smokey ones.

The wife tried it out and for some reason, it gave her heartburn.

I found a site that sells the liquid nicotine so you can reuse your cartridge. When your cartridge runs dry just soak the sponge with the refill and save a least a lil plastic from a landfill.

Found a bunch of info here..
http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/

Trying out JuicyLiquid for that mad scientist edge to mixing some refill juice.

Will let you know how that works out when my order gets in.

Just got back from a 36hr sprint to Vegas.
The Fremont Experience downtown has a merchandise cart selling this brand -
http://smoke51.com/index.php

Reviews here http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com say the Smoke 51 have the most vapor (smoke), a big turn on for many smokers.

Edited to add:
There is also a petition circulating -
