MyDearFriend, are you aware of the book, "The Fourth Turning"? It has to do with the differences of successive generations. http://www.hogueprophecy.com/prophecy/2 ... ctions.htm
Very interesting stuff.

Thanks for the warning, that was just enough challenge to make me follow the link, but oooh ick. I am constitutionally opposed to prophecy anyway, but, wow that made me want to wash my hands & run a full-system scan.

Fighting on the beach in Normandy, was a fight for market share. Much of the fighting in history was fighting for living space, fertile land and WATER. Fighting for religion was extensive and common,, and PAINFULLY stupid.
Read what Robert Service had to say about the dead;

Most of the fighting nowadays is done to get a discount on natural resources and to enrichen the powerful.

No problem jk :D
In other news, the L.A. city attorney wants political protesters jailed for up to a year. He's complaining about budget cuts and ,,,, at the same time wants to spend about $ 42,000 a year per person for jail. They can skip the bars and just put a turnstile on the jail.

"When the Seattle Community Developers used our neighborhood to test new ways to give "community" police access to private homes in order to gather our personal information, I did everything I could to "opt out." I cited U.S. laws and codes and begged, pleaded and demanded my right to not participate in this clearly unconstitutional program... all to no avail. I had lived all my life under the assumption that American law was Supreme in the United States. The brutal truth was, to say the least, shocking. Prior to 1999 I knew next to nothing about Israel, nor did I care to know anything. It was certainly not introduced as a topic that my children's freedom depended upon my knowing"

"When every attempt I made to "withdraw" from the program was denied, I began investigating the "neo" community police who were created to enforce the new laws. I looked for all the ways they were gathering our private INFORMATION. I studied DOJ's new GIS database and the EXPANDED AUTHORITY to USE it to "predict and prevent crime." I read and re read the stated goal of every COPS (Community Oriented Policing Services) GIS program tested on us. Along the way I learned about the foundation for Communitarian/Community Law, the Talmud."

Does it concern anybody whatsoever that a significant number of the President's Cabinet have never had a conversation with their boss?

Does anybody find it the least bit suspicious that Organized Labor leaders have meetings in the White House more than the Cabinet?

Does anyone find it strange that all the chaos in the Middle East, Europe, North Africa and within our own country seem to all be endorsed, if not outright initiated by organized labor?

http://a12iggymom.wordpress.com/2011/02 ... d-his-ear/

Have any of you ever heard the term, ",,,, bottom up, top down, inside out"? Well we are seeing the bottom boiling up before our eyes. The chaos will get so prevalent that people will cry out for "authorities" to take control. This is top down. After that, society is turned inside out and beyond all recognition.

It doesn't matter who said it first or who is saying it now,,, truth is,,,, the writing is on the wall. Liberty is indeed dying.

ABC news reports:
But the raw stuff collected by government agencies -- from ozone monitors to the White House visitors' log -- is often in a form most users would not regard as user-friendly. The Environmental Protection Agency, for instance, listed readings from ozone meters nationwide, without their locations. And the White House listed every person cleared through security, just by name, date and home state, without including their affiliations or reasons for visiting.

Anna Burger She was just ahead of Robert Wolf and Andrew Stern. Other names on the top-15 list were more familiar: Sens. Arlen Specter, D-Pa., Dick Durbin, D-Ill., and Christopher Dodd, D-Conn., as well as Richard Trumka of the United Mine Workers Union.

Hendler's team combined the raw list from Data.gov with other databases -- newspaper records, for instance -- and now the list of visitors makes more sense. Burger turns out to be a labor leader -- the former secretary-treasurer of the 2.2 million member Service Employees International Union, probably there to lobby a sympathetic Democratic administration. Stern is her former boss.

Simon, your stupidity is showing again,,, and you "shout" it out , no less. Chertoff is Russian. Semites are decedents of Noah's son , Shem. Most of them live around Jordan,,, generally. Most of the inhabitants of israel are European or Russian descent.
If you're referring to the talmud, it has no race. The talmud, the code of Hammurabi, the old testament have NO place in modern society. The code of Hammurabi demands death for a son who strikes his father. In Deuteronomy, the penalty for rape is to cut off the offending wang and smash the balls between 2 rocks.
These codicils have NO place in modern society.
I have nothing at all against the sons of Shem. My hatred against the actions of the state of israel has nothing to do with religion or race. Israeli actions against Palestine have everything to do with religion and race. Apparently, you find it easy to ignore genocide but, are offended by perceived racism.
DVD told me that you are intelligent. I'm going to have to whack that boy up against the side of the head.

The constitution claims that many of our rights are given by GOD,,, NOT man or GOV. The constitution also sets several limits on GOV. Our Keynesian wonderland can't function with limits. The Marxist-Hegelian behemoth that rules us tries to convince us that ALL rights and benefits flow from it's munificence.
I'm told by a friend that courts refer to the Universal Commercial Code for litigation and ignore the constitution.

seems I also remember, something about Maritime laws in some courts, and something about D.C. not being part of "the union".
Having also to do with jurisdiction, and, shown by the type of flag flown?

Cannot remember who it was,,, or even when,,, I think it may have been a lawyer friend of mine (high school buddy way before he took the pill),,, pointed out to me that courts originally were called a "Court of Law" where jurists made judgments according to written law. After the Progressive movement took hold in the 1930's, they became the "Court of Justice" where jurists made judgments according their interpretation of the law. Nowadays, 1970's forward, they are simply called "Court" where,,,, "disputes are settled".

I'd say, for that point, "God" could be interpreted as "natual/nature".
