Nope, it didn't work. But he played the next best thing, "Ruslan and Lyudmila Overture."

Damn! He played what I was really thinking about!!! They're using thought processors, so that's why they keep asking for more money everytime they have a fundraiser!

The music from the Mardi Gras party downtown, ringing in my head.

'Tis fun now, but I'll probably be screaming, "AAAAAHHHHH! GET OUT OF MY HEAD!!!!!!!" in a few hours...

Note to self...running out of beads...must make the trip out to NOLA next year if at all possible...

Dance Suite from Bernstein's West Side Story.

And my cat's in a rolly-purry frenzy over it :)

Are you sure that's not an agonized apoplexy? Ooh, alliterative! and again!

I'm on a roll.

Nah, he already did the sick-kitty thing this morning :o

Don't think he'd have been purring if he was sick ;)

Maybe he was delusional with the horrible, horrible pain. I know that's the effect West Side Story has on me.

Actually, purring can be a normal response when in pain or scared. BTW, I’ve read that bones and tissues heal at an accelerated rate when exposed to low frequency sound waves (around the range of a cat’s purr... it a healing thing.)

*Sigh*

Alright, okay, the cat hates Bernstein and was in pain!

Happy now? Shut the hell up then.

Well, it would make sense. Cats do usually have pretty good taste in music.
