The ticking of the food timer..

It's much better than the roaring river that's in my ears most of the time..

The river will be back in just a few mins.

Have you tried lipo-flavonoid?
It does take months to see if it works for you.

I suggest seeing an endocrinologist to see if you're down on any vitamins, etc.
It can help a lot.

There is some research into using pink noise and other techniques to help you learn to mask the noise too.

This is damage from milatry air craft.. 50.00 take offs and landings without protection.. I was above the flightdeck about forty feet.. A deck full of copters was pretty loud..
