Looking for "Eco"

This is perhaps a strange request, but I thought perhaps burner forums would be the best place to find an answer. I'm looking for a man named Eco (given name unknown) who was well known in Haight-Ashbury SF as well as Mt. Shasta in the mid 80s. Long story short, this is the little information I have about my biological dad, who I know nothing about; I'm eager to find out more. Thanks in advance for any clues or advice!
