Song on Burning Man Radio night of The Burn

The night of the burn, around 9 or so I heard a song I really liked. My memory of the song is sort of weak, especially the lyrics. So bear with me on my sketchy description. The singer had a fairly thick accent (Russion or Polish?) and a slightly raspy voice. He was accompanied by an accordisn I think. The lyrics were something about "you can't do anything in this town my friend." But that's not quite it. Any ideas what this song was or who sings it?
