Who organizes the Bunny Parade???

Does anyone know who (individuals or the name of the camp/organization) organizes the Bunny Parade?

We are bringing a large enchanted forest installation to the dust this year and want to link up with the bunny parade to have it either start or end in the forest!

Any leads are appreciated!

Ok... the official name of it helps, but googling it only produces tons of pictures... must find the bunnies responsible for this madness!
