He was a very good person who didnt need to be taken this early. He will be missed so much by fans everywhere. I guess god had other plans for him. I want to say hes in a better place but he truely belongs on earth with the Jackass crew. But i guess he is in a better place.

Looks like Darwin snagged one of the Jackass crew.

Wonder who's next?

No pity for self-inflicted. Idiot was drunk driving. Too bad his passenger also paid the price. :(

You weren't there, maybe the passenger gave him a titty twister on the fatal turn.

Didn't need to be. Dumbass was posting pics of him drinking right before the crash.

Well, his lifesyle precludes him from possibly being a poster child of any sort.

What Ryan did was a horrible thoughtless selfish thing, by driving drunk. but for all you people putting hate comments about him stop and think about how his friends, family and loved ones are feeling right now...They are in so much pain. Your hurtful comments don't do anything but make you look like an idiot. Ryan Dunn was a wonderful, funny and caring person that made a bad choice. He will be missed greatly by so many.

Plus they just pulled his reality show.

BTW, your assumption he drove drunk. Some people just drive recklessly, drunk or not. Maybe a tire blew. Maybe a bee flew into his mouth. Maybe he hit particularly a large groundhog named Phil.

"Ryan Dunn, one of the stars of MTV's "Jackass," has died in a car crash. He was 34.

NBC Philadelphia reports that Dunn and another passenger died in a 3 a.m crash at Route 322 and New Street in West Goshen Township, Pennsylvania.

The news of the death was confirmed by April Margera, mother of "Jackass" star Bam, in an interview with a local radio show. TMZ also confirmed with Margera.

Dunn posted to Twitter a photo of himself drinking with friends just hours before the crash.

A police report indicated that Dunn was most likely speeding in his 2007 Porsche 911 GT3, which was destroyed in the wreck. "Upon arrival, police located one vehicle in the road and in the woods that was fully engulfed in flames," the report said. "DUI" was not indicated in the report.

So often fearless, Dunn was known for so many stunts, including his parts in crashing golf carts and placing a toy car, in a condom, up his rectum in the original "Jackass" film. His "Jackass" co-star Johnny Knoxville spoke of his devastation at the news on Twitter."

He was seen taking pictures of himself drinking HOURS before the crash.. he was probablly drunk or buzzed.

Whatever. Hard to feel sympathy or even a need to mourn someone I never even heard of. Why people become so attached to images in a box or on a movie screen is totally beyond me.

Now if you knew him personally, my condolences.

Sheesh...I had a post wrote and then cross checked my facts against TMZ...he was driving drunk. While I love Jackass, there's no excuse for this.

I hope MTV (Viacom) and everyone associated with the show uses this as a golden opportunity to push an anti-drunk driving message that is obviously sorely needed.

Edited because I fact checked...

This news made me sad yesterday, then I woke up today and one of my best friends had gotten in a car accident and broke his back. Luckily he is okay, but it still sucks. (He hadn't been drinking)

RIP Dunn

County coroner's tox results aren't due for four to six weeks.

Can they even get tox results from a lump of carbon? The car was completely on fire when they got there...

Are you judging me?

BTW I'm still going with the titty-twister theory, until the tox results come back. I'm sure there was enough fresh blood in there somewhere to yield a test sample, especially if the skin wasn't toasted enough to obscure his tattoos.

I wonder how fast that Hotwheel was going when it ran itself up his ass?

130MPH is WAY too fast for Hotwheels.
They should include a warning in the owners manual.

And we didn't have condoms when I was a kid.

The only thing going faster than his car at the time of impact will be the speed at which the attorneys file for wrongful death and suck his estate dry.

Might be worth taking with an extreme grain of salt until we have some info.
I heard worse about alcohol, no real info.

Police are notorious about ludicrous estimates of speed.
The crash looks severe, but that's all I know.

That car is capable of some actual speed, even if stock.
