Year Round Storage Space Needed!

Greetings! We are a fairly new camp based in New York and Toronto and we are seeking some space to store some materials and 15 bikes throughout the year in or around Reno or the Bay Area. Does anyone have a storage unit/large garage/warehouse that they wouldn't mind letting us use a corner of? We are happy to pay what you feel is a fair price. Or does anyone have any suggestions for cheap year-round storage in the Reno or Bay Areas?
