By the way, Marian is looking extra-skanky these days. She's gotten all puffy and old-looking. I wonder if that's a side effect of menopause. The weird thing is that when she was supposedly straight, and dating Larry, she looked like a dyke, and now that she's officially a lesbian, she's all femmed-up (though looking ten years older than she did just a couple of years ago). What's with that?

I'm trying to paint something good out of what you have written here, and can come up with at the very least that every fiber of my being rises to champion the fair maid Marion. I met her in 2001, when she was with some guy driving a golf cart decorated as a boat came by to say "hello" as I set up Quequegs' Coffin, at the end of the second day of labor in the sun, and had not realized until they left what beauty had come calling, to my very doorstep that eve.

They were gracious, and curious & visiting while I was working, okay?

And I think they appreciated that I treated them the same as any-other BEAUTIFUL person, when I am sweaty & as real and honest as chance permit. Often I am sweaty, and often they are gracious. And often they are sweating outy the details of which I cannot imagine, while I am on the couch reading a book in the dead of winter.

#2 its not anomous I use my real name. peopel know who i am. in fact you even mentioned that you looked up info on where i live and i think i even have it saved that you wrote down or mentioend about where i work. so its not anonomous.

other proof of damages would be a student,parent, faculty, school board member, ighbor, etc.. tlaking to me about what they read on thiswebsite. they know i was on the radio. They know about the website i am sometimes associated with, and also nwo about this place. OS all it takes is one of them mentioning it. (which they have done with parts) In fact a meber of the school board said keep up the workign towards things you believe in. He read the newspaper article and heard KCBS in Feb.

i am the only one that needs to be noto anonomous not the accusers.

and yes i have consulted with a lawyer (he actualy is on the same choir as my wife) and agreed it would be a easy case and if i wanted to pursue any of it (and yes he looked at this website and some of my saved files) i save screen prints of many things. and he said yeah he probably could win the case if i wanted to pursue it.

I would like to say a couple things.

First, you must know that when you post on a public messageboard (regardless of the boards particular policies) you open yourself to all kinds of opinions and attitudes. Sometimes people will not express themselves kindly. This, like virtually every other messageboard in existence, is a board of opinion, not fact. Additonally, your radio appearance, opens up your ideas to the public forum. There will be those that agree with you and those that don't. I suggest that if you are not able to deal with some of the things people will say about you then maybe you should not open yourself up to the public. Unless someone actually advocates violence against you, then what is said here is merely opinion. If your wife of someone else reads it, it is up to them to read between the lines. If I had a penny for all the times I have read one person "slander" another on a meassageboard I would literally be the richest man in the world. What is written on messageboards is opinion and is basically the same as someone writing a letter to be published in the editoral section of a newspaper.

The lawyer that told you he could probably win the case is a liar, like most lawyers are trained to be. He just wants your money. In fact you'd be hard pressed to find a case anywhere that established a case for slander off of what was written on a public messageboard.

Since you feel like upholding the rules of the board and protecting people's/organizations rights against being slandered I suggest you stop advocating ideas that have no solid foundation. Everytime one of your ideas was challenged you had no real answer for what you said, except to merely repeat the initial charge over and over and over. Just because you say something doesn't make it true. If you make questionable statements be prepared to be challenged or sometimes even harassed. If people think what you are saying is misinformed, ignorant, or that you are saying it because you are on a crusade of some sort, they will criticize you. That's just the way it is.

Finally, I am not really sure why you are still posting here. You've told us all your "scientic facts", we've evaluated them, found them to be extremely weak, and have pointed out that measures have already long been in place to address certain environmental issues. All of us here have recognized that contray to what you have said, Burning Man and it's participants are the BEST and LARGEST example of Leave No Trace anywhere in the world. We actually stand out as an example for bettering the environement, rather than destroying it.

As for the original author of this thread, it is a sock puppet. I seem to recall WillsSmallPenis saying the exact thing in almost the exact same way. What a sniviling little weinie (opps).
