The Nome 1,300 sq ft community center bldg needs a camp

Hi, please allow us to introduce ourselves. We are Joel and Marina. We are looking for a camp to join to which we can make the following major

contribution.

We have a 1,300 sq. ft. snap-together building called the Nome that we have used as a community center in the past. It has a large, complete

kitchen, dining room for 14, living room and so on. The amenities are great: fully carpeted, double roof so it stays cool, plus it zips up totally dust

proof. It is completely furnished, including tables, chairs, couches, lighting, huge stove, double sinks in the kitchen, electric water pumps, shelves

and so on. We also have everything else needed to cook for a group such as pots and pans, utensils, tableware and all that. It's basically a play-

ready furnished home.

Everything is already packed out in neatly labeled crates and ready to go. I also have a 10,000 lb GVW trailer to haul it, although the Nome only

weighs about 4,000 lbs. Four guys can set it up the Nome in about four hours or so.

The problem is that I have hurt my back. I can barely walk at this point. Aaarrrgghh! I can't move it onto the trailer or set it up on the playa, or even

drive it there. So, Marina and I are looking for a camp that would be interested in having this fabulous facility, and enabling us to attend this year, for

which we would be very grateful. The catch is you would have to come here to finish loading it, tow it with your truck to the playa, and set it up on

the playa. I can provide the direction for all this, but I can't even lift a box. We are located between Los Gatos and Santa Cruz.
