I do... I learned this from a massage therapist.
If you press on the back of your head at the base where the spine meets your head in the soft spot. Rub it and keep hard pressure on it this can help. After a short time of this mine went away. It helps if someone does this for you to keep up the pressure.
Fishy I am not trying to be funny this can really help. Hope you feel better.

The tall dark stranger sneaks into the bar and looks around. He runs across the room and leaps on top of the bar. He then jumps to the shelf behind it and climbs to the very top and pulls the bottle of "The Macallen" off of the shelf. He cracks the seal, lifts the bottle to his lips, and takes just the tiniest of sips. He replaces the cork, replaces the bottle, bounces from the bar to the floor, and leaves as mysteriously as he appeared.

My god...keep it up Sam. I've missed the stranger crashing through the bar.

Pass me that bottle when you're done with it.

No, I need a ride to Vegas, I've been on the what's left in the cupboard diet for the last week. Jonesing for some carrot juice and some ribeyes. I'll get the big truck back on the 20th. Massive grocery run.

Just stopped in for a quick drink and to say "Hi". Though I'm not sure I really need a drink after watching Rabbi's video of the meet and greet. I'm both bummed and relieved that he didn't catch our conversation at Tisha's bar. Bummed because it would be nice to remember what the hell I said, but relieved that my drunkeness was not caught on video.

Sam, it's lovely to see you around again!

Msky, when are you coming down to the cities? Anytime soon?

Hey fishy!
How is the search for a new kiln going?

We pulled the big glass furnace off the palate and set in place last night.
They are trying to set up for a glass party on the 17 of December. They are going to do glass demos and have displays for the dichroic jewelry Kim has been doing. I will take some pictures and post them for you.

Hiya kids!

first off all, let me make some decent coffee fer all you addicts....sheesh.

< breakes out the camp stove, fresh grounds from Center Camp, and the french press. keeps talking while heating water, measuring grounds, and pressing... >

Fishy - i'm doing better...just need to remember to keep taking things slowly. my guts keep feeling sore and reminding me that they've been fucked with entirely too much recently. As for the migraines - if you catch it coming on early, drink coffee. Caffeine shrinks the blood vessels (the swelling of which causes the migraine pain). After that, i rub Tiger Balm on the offending spot, drink LOTS of water, and take to my bed. Vicodin's nice, too, if you can get it.

ditto Sput!! SAM!! yes, do please keep stopping by!! < climbs up for the Macellens and pours the daintiest of shots into her tea >

Joel & Rabbi - my little one is a karma magnet....within seconds of doing something she shouldn't, she gets hurt. I love explaining the balance of the universe to a 3 year old...who *gets* it.

hey Blue! sorry i missed you!! i was thinking the same thing about the video..."Oh, my god!! someone got that drunken idiocy on TAPE??!!", but i can't even watch it on my computer!! am i even in it???

Cowboy - hiya! i got great news when the doc's checked me out for surgery...at 34 and with all my (sorta moderate) vices, they said i look like a clean and sober 24 year old who does aerobics!! yippee! i'll drink to that...

heli - deep breaths, baby... sit with it... and ask yer damn neighbor for a grocery run!!

Mozy - i do love yer attention to the bar!! wanna be the official stocker & decor manager?

Regional - something about cheap beer and smashing struts got me all a-twitter... just sounds sooo....black rock.

coffee's ready!!

Hello, Bar mates!
Blue, I'm heading down tonight for your neck of the woods. Unfortunately I won't be down until about 9 tonight and then have a christmas party tomorrow night on base until who knows when. Then leave on sunday before it gets too dark.
Ok, I missed the link to Rabbi's M&G video.

Later all, I'm off again!
