Yes, life is good.

Been taking the little power plant apart and putting her back together over and over again, in the middle of the night.

Notice badgers coming in door eating sausage bit off floor.

Aren't they cute....

*walks in*

Hey, YG I could go for some a that coffee.

No turkey for me till the weekend. Instead I've spent a good portion of the day slaving away making tomato sauce. It's sooo much work, but it tastes soooooo good. That and I gotta get the tomatoes out of the freezer so I have room the next time we send a cow to the butcher.

Oh yea YG I finally got around to getting the honey for that mead I was talking bout. There'll be enough for four batches (62 lbs :D ). The first one's going to be pomegranate. Anyone have suggestions for the other three?

Well everyone have a happy T-day filled with much food and friends!

HI PM
I've heard of a couple of ways to deal with cielings like yours:

cover the floor with plastic.

then:

get the ceiling wet......careful not to soak the sheetrock (try a test area), but enough to get the blow on stuff moist......it may sag it off, or, it will be soft and pliable and not get dusty as you scrape.....or minimally so.
or,
spraying with cheap lacquer (not liquor, silly) in a soaking manner, again, to consolidate the material within......

good luck

Work, lots of hours turning wrenches in the middle of the night.
Made for a good check though.
Did you realize golf balls can go through plywood?

Pours coffee adding extras in generous amounts.

So what is this OMW song that is following you?

*notes increase in OMW song, omnidirectional*

Well,
It's the old "Oscar Meyer Wiener" song..........theme song and song of praise for "those of the body" (see Landru reference from original Star Trek) relating to the Bar..........I'm guessing "Oscar Meyer Wiener" is analogous to one "of the body"

*throngs chant in background: "The Bar is good, the Bar is kind, all hail the Bar, protector and savior"*

Seems the assembled masses, that most can't see, (but, they're here, really, hiding and everywhere), sing it like Gregorian monks all the time, and, vary the volume depending on circumstance..........

I tend to "channel" them, and Landru, at times

no, really, they're here, hiding. Sometimes, in the basement, near the "dungeon of pain and pleasure", sometimes under the bar, who knows, sometimes they're just everywhere.......

*slaps head, shakes, takes a swig of whiskey*

oh, ok, I'm back........gotta watch getting carried away with answering questions like that....

What did you say about a golf ball?

LOL,
It could be worse, like the Small song that shall not be named from Disney.

At short range a golf ball is more impressive on a sheet of plywood then a .50
