Ah, no, wel I don't think so, that hasn't happened to me yet.

This is a brief synopsis of how I mediate and then how I allow myself to open up my senses to what the world is offering me. Many come to just say hello.

What happens during the "Vision" and "Hearing" is that you can experience all different stuff. It is like right before you fall asleep or wake up and see or hear flashes of things that don't make sense.

Well I am able to extend that period of time. I am able to there for as long as I want now and still have other things happening around me.

What I am seeing and hearing I believe to be "Others" trying to contact me in their own way. Some don't know they are even "talking to me".

At first it can be scary because "Others" can try to influence you into thinking something is true when it is not. What they want you to be, that will benefit them best. I have found to just "laugh at the scary stuff" as it cannot hurt me. It is just what some of the "others" want, fear. Some "Visions" have been very theatric.

This is a "gift" I have always had but until recently tried to, I will use the word, "control".

I also believe that "others" can "see" and "hear" me. Some know they can while some think they are going "crazy". Some people are just naturally in tune.

How I enter this state is, I start with a mind exercise. I close my eyes and focus on the "white" that I see, not the "floaters", and then slowly turn that white in a circle or pull it in or push it out. I personally have focused on straight lines; it is like airplane props spinning.

Some days I can just spin them as fast as I want, other days I can only spin them slowly. And sometime I feel there is resistance but I am always able to spin them past it with a little concentration.

This allows me to clear my mind from unnecessary things and distractions.

During my “exercisingâ€

Very cool Chief! I currently practice what is best described as "natural meditation" for 20 minutes when I first wake up and again when I get in to the house in the evening. I can't say I've had any of the experiences you speak of and often I wonder if I'm not just falling asleep. I do know however I feel much more energized during the day than before I started doing this and I feel that it certainly helps me deal with the daily stresses of dairy farming.

You have too look for it while you meditate. I have to be aware of the slight changes in the light in you "see".

It is like one of those pictures you stare at and then an image appears. It is kind of like that. Then over time you learn to recognise patterns that lead to it and let yourself open to experience to shear AWESOMENESS!

It is wild. And I can get there with out drugs. Save those for the party.

So what is natural meditation?

I know of a wonderful technique known as artificial meditation. It requires the use of one or more of a wide variety of phenethylamines and tryptamines.

heres some kool-aid if you wanna give it a go. one cup for fun, two cups to learn, 3 cups to see god:

Ahhhh, sounds interesting, me personally I perfer to take the fungal and leafy route with to help kick start. I am sure that there would be a great demand for liquid "site" fix,

Then again I am not talking about "Drugs" You don't need drugs to do this.

But the thing here is I don't need those things anymore, they are for what they are for. If the One didn't think we needed those "he" would not have let them evolve.

It starts with one step a leap of face.

(Takes big drink and a puff)

Close your eyes spin the wheels and wake up and let it in.

It will blow your mind.

(takes another drink)

If you beleive you can do it you can, it is your own mind. Create love for the monsters they hate it when I hose em down with my "Love Gun" pat. pending. copyright trademark.

It is pretty complicated and simple at the same time.

(takes another drink and starts to get buligerant )

I am in tune.

(Standing and screaming)

And I hate to thinnk I am the only one that can do it. That would be pathetic.

(I pass out on the floor in a pool of my own vomit but not like I would drown in it.)

You caught me before I left.

See, you may be able to "get there" with drugs but you are never truely in control. We are too "weak" in the state we are in to go do that. Plus why go somewhere if you are not really going to enjoy it. Unless you like that kind of stuff. Some people like what happens to them in that state. They are content with that.

I just tripped over something and I cannot ignore it.

Its all a matter of perspective i guess. to quote Hunter S Thompson:

"My attorney had never been able to accept the notion, often espoused by former drug abusers, that you can get a lot higher without drugs than with them, and neither have I for that matter."

damn you. I just opened my laptop and decided to blast comfortably numb down the hallways. unfortunately, I have no ripped version of the pulse dvd (and am to lazy to load the disc), so i was restricted to the 90% as good Delicate Sound of Thunder version.

finished the song, started Money, and then saw this!

its a terrific preformance that turns your spine to jelly as the guitar enters the solo. then, they light up the world's biggest friggin discoball and you see that the massive crowd is moved close to tears by the preformance.

*begins to drool* see, this is why i brough the magic punch today. I knew there was a reason...

(strolls into The Bar… notes that its been quiet for a bit. Turns and goes to the dark corner, moves some boxes, eases by a sleeping, dust encrusted someone and removes the covers from a small wood trunk)

I know it’s here somewhere...

(lifts lid on trunk and removes a folded up bit of ragged cloth)

Aha!!

It a blustery, chilly night and I think its about time this got some fresh air…

(begins to unfold the cloth, again and again and again until it forms a large, soft quilt)

It’s the Never Ending Blanket!!! Need some more cover? Just unfold it again!

(He points his right paw towards the fireplace, kindling a large fire with only the flick of a claw, then dives under the covers, turns around several times, and finally becomes a lump near the hearth.)

Zule, you better call her. I'm on the phone with her now and she sounds like she means it, buddy.

She's going on about something about breaking down in New Mexico and the shear amplitude of your snores... Then she's saying you're too much of a hermit and not calling her back when you should...

It's adding up to trouble. Make the call, Zule.

And the snoring happened in Nebraska. Love you!

Yes, call me Zule. Miss you.
