I doubt it's stress related. No idea what brings them on, no link to foods, drinks, moon cycles, nothing.

Oh well. A good night's sleep should fix me up.
Actually could be Moon related full moon tonight and heard some correlation has been studied?

Who knows. Could be either I guess, but there isn't any pattern I can find, and they're normally fairly rare for me, maybe once a year. But I've just had 3 in the past month.

Oh well. It really isn't too bad.

More beer!

Same for me.

Not a classic migraine either. I just get the visual distortions and then I feel blah for a couple of days.

No real allergy problems to speak of.

Thanks for the drink. I'm heading off to bed now to sleep this away.

Sasebo Japan was interesting....We could buy likker at the exchange/EM club for about 8 - 10% of what local bars PAID. Most guys picked out a couple bars they liked, then bought a couple bottles of what they drank and gifted em to the bar....basically one was yours, and one was bar stock. So bars had numerous bottles of the same stuff, Joe's bottle, Bob's bottle, Bill's bottle,, and the bar's bottles. That way drinks were dirt cheap at the bars, like for the cost of mixer or less
