An old cartoon about 'not' going to Burning Man.
Enjoy it while you're waiting for tickets.

Let's make it home for those returning. I can't say any more, the tears rolling down my cheeks.

UC Berkeley's College of Environmental Design came up with 'Bloom', the first and largest ever powder 3-D printed structure to date. The powder was concrete.

I imagine it would be too fragile to exhibit in BRC, but it's still beautiful.

I love this one so much I don't even mind the annoying vertical video aspect ratio...

Definitely one of my all-time favorite art installations, and quite probably my favorite piece of fire art EVER. Flaming Lotus Girls have brought Serpent Mother out of storage for a camp fundraiser event in town later this month, and they've significantly increased the ante in the pyro department.... wow! Man I sure would love it if they'd bring her back to the playa this year...

I won't lie, I've watched the new Star Wars trailer dozens of times today. I'll refrain from embedding, you can find it easily enough if you're interested.

Every baseball stadium have signs posted throughout the seating area to beware of hit or thrown objects entering the stands. More conspicuous at minor league games since the fans are closer to the action.
That was a one in a million shot. Hope the Pirates gave her a ball
