Hey there,

My girlfriend and I looking for a 1bd/1bth in SF...preferably Dolores Park, Russian Hill, Cole Valley, or Mission, but we're open to other areas. Up to $1500. Parking would be nice. Cat friendly (1 very cool cat).
We're an employed/financially stable couple looking for a comfortable apartment and really good landlord.
