Why are there two Burn on the Bayou Movies?

Why are there two Burn on the Bayou Movies?

My girlfriend was saying how much she loved "Burn on the Bayou," so we bought it to watch. What came in the mail was a movie called such, and it was alright, but she said it seemed really different. So we looked it up, and there's another movie called "Burn on the Bayou" that's free to watch and significantly better edited (IMO).

So what's the deal? Does anyone know what the story is, and why there are two of these?
