Frances Gabe, who graciously offered tours of her home to Portland Cacophony as documented by Chuck Palahniuk before my time, died at age 101. She designed and patented the first self-cleaning home. I think she had a lot of burner values!

One of my former co-workers, young kid, him and his girlfriend had twins this year.
I guess she laid down to take a nap with the twins.

That's rough.
Unfortunately, not an unknown occurance.
My Dad is still haunted by attending a service for his livelong friend's daughter's daughter; could have tucked the casket under his arm.

Make sure they, and you, have someone to talk to.

Goathead, that is so sad. The parents will never be the same. I hope they can find some peace.

Goathead,
there is a quote, a little awkward to the context. At the right time, and a little edit to fit, it may mean something to the parents... and perhaps help them get past the shadow of what happened.
"If your child lived their brief life as truly as they could, and where given honest love in return, then that is sufficient to justify any existence and ensure that the memory of it will be forever enshrined."
"My favorite people are the people of the dessert", said Lawrence as he picked up his fork.

My favorite song from him has to be Galveston

The CBS Monday afternoon report of the death of Tom Petty was incorrect.

CBS now reports that Tom Petty did have a cardio arrest; he is in the hospital and is on life support.
