Re: what are you listening to?
It's been months of 9pm curfew and total silence down in the valley below me on Koh Samui, but, there was a 4 day wedding with music all night. Hearing disco type stuff at 5am, but not waking up at all during the night, I was back in Burning Man mode...but tonight, at 9pm, the wedding is over, silence is back but for some wind chimes. I see lots of green lights on fishing boats and the faint sound of a long tail boat.

Pulls a clean shirt from a box and throws it to you. Yes you you’re the one reading this. Who else would I be talking to?
Printed on the side of the box ** ACME **
**never ending shirt supply**
When the shirt is worn, it changes it’s size to auto fit and adjusts to the persons favorite colors.
Come here sit down in the shade with me and drink some water you know an angry camper Is a sign dehydration. Have you had anything to eat today?
Relax reset and move on.
Don’t Panic it will be ok. It’s just a camping trip in the desert.
Clicks play.

Puts on headset. Nice ...is that phill on the kit?
The first album I ever had was thick as a brick. Found it in the middle of the road walking home.
this is for people who know me ...something they didn’t know.
This goes back to the very beginning of my connection with music. Not the guest signer. The band the guest singer is singing with. San Andreas fault, Mozy Bonz and Magnum force were all Porterville bands.

The first three Eplayans I ever met in person was at a Funeral for a spouse of one. I cried
The Next time was With the spouse again but this time with silent wing ( not what I call her)
Silent wing and I then spent several hours driving across California.
Her and another blue along with some others Has had the same loss.
My use of a blue shadow font...
Is a secret tell message. My posts are full of Easter eggs.
I love you I miss you hope see you again

A big shout out of THANK YOU for sharing the music that's affected you in your life. It's the stuff that blows us away with the memories it triggers, or the truly great performances that earn a "Road Warrior pop" that define us in the course of our lives. I relish each and every one like gold, and own many of them in my 200+ cassette tape collection.
One glorious summer was all the Knoxville, Tennessee Hard rock AM station lasted, and I was lucky enough to make the most of it while its short life lasted. Lynyrd Skynyrd was in its heyday after the release of the "Street Survivors" album. The had a habit of blowing the house away every time they played "Freebird" (the recording of them playing at the Fox Theater in Atlanta is an all-time classic on a live album).
Years later I would adopt a song from that epic period as one of the 'stories of my life':
Needless to say, I have no life regrets.

Re: what are you listening to?
Thanks
My cousin Ronnie was friends with the singer who past away. His brother Donnie who is older. Sang for several bands around the area at the time. Magnum force started about the same time San Andreas Fault stop. Donnie, Rick, Dave, Ken.
Magnum force played for several years before Ken moved on to become an English professor teaching business English to Japanese businessman.
Darren stepped into the drummer spot and the band became Mozy Bonz.
Played into the mid80s.
All original music with an occasional cover. They stopped playing covers because when they... according to the band ...Dave specifically. when they did covers they would come out on current bands album. One that comes to mind is Aerosmith and a Beatles song. This arrangement and song was in the set list long before Aerosmith ever played it.
Magnum force was known for playing large ranch parties with beer trucks so lots of people used to come out. who knows.
I don’t know if you noticed it. But there was another well known band mentioned in that video.
More to the story in Reno /Tahoe Steve and I have a mutual friend.
Where most of the world doesn’t know what happened to him ..... I do.
