Haven't been here for a long time but was trying to explain to someone the fuck thread. It was confusing for them but fucking clear as the day for me. Sitting in a meeting with people talking about dyslexia and FUCK they did not know what they were doing and FUCK I sat there trying my very best fucking self to behave. I did pretty well.... only called them old school, that's not too bad. But all I could think of was the fuck thread and so here I am.

Oh well, I REALLY wanted to go into work early today and thanks to some things not within my control, I was late than usual! Talk about irony.
Then found out that my instructor ding-ed me on some grade points for some utterly stupid reason... I have challenged her on it, but she is a tough cookie.
And then I read that Justin Beiber as a child grew up not believing in Santa **pounds head on the desk**

This morning's fuck for me was finding out that the guy who'd been paid in advance to remove the snow from a friend's rental house has a shitty and unprofessional attitude.
We were blessed this last week with a really snow and slush intensive couple of days, followed by a deep freeze that lasted a few days more. When we went to make sure everything was ready for the rental folks today we saw that they never came. There is now a really nasty ice buildup rather than a driveway, and the path to the stairs is treacherous.
When I called the guy, his response was basically that it was too fucking icy, and he didn't think he could do it now.
He was fucking PAID to do this. As a professional snowremover, he fucking KNEW well in advance what was going to take place.... we ALL DID. Only thing is, is that we thought he was going to take care of it properly as per the agreement. Big mistake, apparently.
So we get to attack it with lesser tools and a whole helluvalot more effort.
Why can't people just do what they say they're going to do!!!!

We were thinking calcium flakes, but unfortunately its an "almost waterfront" property and salt and calcium are outlawed.
Looks like brute force might be our only resource.
We got the steps and landing safe this morning, and are waiting until tomorrow to see if he even tries to make a difference first.....

Friend of mine needed her baby grand piano moved. I told her (knowing that she's a fucking cheapskate), get a professional mover for that. She got one of the guys in her band who said he had moved pianos before.
He showed up with no equipment, just a rented a truck with a lift-gate. His only good choice. No blankets, no dolly, no plan of attack. Never visited the locations.
I learned later that's not the way a pro moves a piano. We ended up scratching the side of her piano.
