You are probably thinking of Burner Express Air. 2020 pricing for that hasn't been announced, but the site is here: https://burnerexpress.burningman.org/
That said, Express Air flights only allow you to take very minimal luggage. Have you considered how you will bring all of the stuff you are going to need to the playa (including food, shelter, etcetera), as well as whatever you intend to contribute to the event?

As I said, pricing hasn't been announced yet, and likely won't be for at least a couple of months.
In the meantime, may I invite you to take a few moments to introduce yourself and tell us about your group and what you are all planning to create? 25 is quite a sizable group - have you participated in Burning Man in the past?

Welcome to eplaya. Please take some time to read up on the links in my signature below. This is an extreme trip. Hot, dusty windy days may happen, freezing cold night---maybe.
There is nothing for sale except for ice and coffee. Bring all your shelter, transportation (bikes) water, food and oodles of camping supplies. Your survival depends on you.
Where are you traveling from? 25 people is quite a lot to bring for your first visit. You might be better off spending the extra money for the high priced tickets. Figure $1500 each. RV's should be booked very soon if you plan to get one. Water tanks in RV's are rather small and the holding tanks fill up quickly. It's not recommended to use the toilet or shower in the RV, as you'll need to have it pumped out often. You will need to bring 2 gallons of water per person per day.
Again, welcome to the Burning Man adventure and hopefully we'll see you in 7 short months.

Mr Papa Bear pointed you in the right direction. The Internet Wayback Machine can tell you what the prices were last year. They always go up year to year.

Prices last year were in the $450 range for most flights. It could be half of that if you are flying off-peak (flying to BRC after the burn for cleanup or flying out on the first day). Extra luggage was $114 for 30 pounds. You could buy 30, 60 or 90 pounds. You can also purchase a limited amount of water that they will bring in on the ground and have waiting for you on arrival.
My guess is that prices will go up 10% to 15%, but we will know closer to the burn. Fuel prices, which charter company is selected, the fuel derivatives market, political things like landing fees and taxes, etc. can all influence the final prices.
Don't forget that these are one-way prices... you still need to get out somehow, though you don't have to fly. You can take ground transport of some kind as well.
One last consideration... if it's your very first time at Burning Man, I recommend driving in. You'll have more flexibility, able to carry more supplies and not run out of things, see some of the things on the way (Black Rock Solar), and there are more first-timer ceremonies at the main gate on the ground.
