Ticket Transfer

Hi
I've purchased two tickets (steward sale)
I have problems with transferring one to another person like there aren't option or button to click ??
I've asked ticket support but they said it's the transfer button in the left corner
Please let me know if anyone has similar issues

When you get the tickets, hand it to them.
Or, send it to them via insured UPS/FEDEX/USPS
