"Invitation to The Future" Ticket Reservation

Hello Ticket Team!
I participated in last year's "Invitation to The Future" early ticket reservation program.
In the email receipt I received it states "Once we have announced ticket sales for the year, we’ll be in touch with you directly about how to redeem your reservation(s) and purchase your ticket(s)."

Well, yall have announced ticket sales for the year and FOMO starts tomorrow but I have still not received "direct contact" from you on how I am supposed to participate and claim this years reserved tickets.

( Yes I checked spam and junk :roll: )

Hi Adam,
To reach the ticketing people, you will need to email them directly. My unofficial understanding on the future ticket program is that you'll be getting a code and be able to go directly in and buy a ticket. I wouldn't panic if I were you. Sit tight and you will get an email most likely around the same time as the Steward sale (former DGS) so you can order up your tickets.
Give it another month and see what information comes out.

A note to the generous supporters of the future of Burning Man who were able to purchase an Invitation to the Future in 2021: Thank you, and you will be receiving direct communication, in March, with details about how to use your reservations.

Still running into issues claiming my "Invitation to the Future" reservations.
Yesterday I was getting a "main sale has ended page.
Today I am getting a little further... I think.

I am on a page asking me for an "Access Code". I was never sent an access. code. Just an email with an orange button that says "BUY TICKETS". Which is also interesting because technically I already bought my tickets. I actually need to "CLAIM MY TICKETS".

Is anybody else running into these issues?

Don't panic.

ITTF is new and untested.
You'll have 3 weeks or so to buy your ticket.
If this problem happened to you, I'm sure it happened to others who, like you, need to email ticketing and get an answer.
Once you succeed, please post what it took to get your ticket. Will help others who have/had same problem.
