Secured two tickets this morning - curious how you transfer a ticket to a friend. Does this have to be done through the step program, or can it be done outside of it?

Are your tickets in will call? Step is a way to turn your tickets back in if you don't want them, and they are sold to someone else. If your tickets are going to a friend, you might want to have them delivered to you, then just pass them on.

yep being held on will call - just want to make sure they can collect them from the box office?? so is there a way to associate with their account?

When ticket transfers open up It will be easy to do. It's basically impossible before that so wait for ticket transfers to open up. They have to have a burner profile and you will have to have their information perfect when you enter it.
