Ticket Support Email Response Time?

Hi all - I was curious if anyone knows how long it usually takes for a case to be reviewed & to get a response from [email protected]?

It's been about a week but I also know this week was a busy one with the main ticket sale happening. I've received 2 automatic email responses and my case has been escalated to a support manager but no indication on review/response time.
