When do tickets ship? Has anyone received?

Hey all!

I have a note from about a month ago from the fine folks at Burning Man that indicated that the tickets, "will begin shipping in early July 2022". I am set for 2nd day air shipping.

Has anyone seen anything?

A campmate received her ticket on 7/15. No one else in our camp has received theirs yet.

Hers was through a directed sale through a different camp, one that she’s doing an event for, though I don’t think that makes a difference.

I sent an inquiry to the fine (and shockingly speedy) folks at the ticket support group. The response was

Orders have begun shipping as of early July 2022. Not all orders ship at once as fulfillment is processed over the course of a few weeks. It looks like your order hasn't gone out yet, but don't fret!- Once your order has shipped your tracking information will be emailed to you and also be uploaded for you to view in your Ticket Account.
