IMPORTANT: LOW INCOME TICKET AID PROGRAM ISSUES

I didn’t get notice on how to pay for my LI/ticket aid program ticket.
Turns out it was sent to my old email that I signed up for my profile under, now a spam graveyard, rather than the email currently associated with my profile. The email change notice was right there in the search with it.
I have access to my old account, and figured it out, but had I not had access, I would not have the code needed to get my ticket.
PLUS when you click the link for the ticket, you have 12 minutes to pay correctly or your ticket goes back into the inventory pool, or so it says. I think the problems with that are obvious.
If anyone from the Borg or ticketing can see this, re email those with different emails for registration and current association. Please.
If anyone has suggestions for anyone stuck or kicked out without paying, please chime in.
