FOMO ticket "ineligible" for transfer

Hi!

Our crew has a $1500 FOMO ticket that we already have sold to someone, and we are trying to transfer it through our crew member's Burner profile. The ticket is Will Call, so it has not been sent by mail. But when we try to transfer it, there is no check box to the left to mark it for transfer, and it just says "ineligible" next to the ticket. We of course get an error message saying that we have to "choose at least one item for transfer" as we can't choose the ticket.

The ticket was received through the same transfer functionality a few weeks back, so it's really confusing. We fully understand that the buyer is skeptical to picking up a ticket at Will Call in someone else's name. Anyone heard of something like this before? Tips or ideas for solutions? Have tried e-mailing ticketsupport, no reply in a few days.

We are going through the same situation. Our tickets are under another family members name who can no longer go. Any word back?
