We are in search for 3 RVs, ideally to be brought into the Playa directly. Any leads on contacts that are approved for that and have availability? Much appreciated!

Where are you coming from? If you'll be needing a ride into BRC, the RVs are the best way to travel in. How many people will be in each RV? Has everyone in the group been to Burning Man before? Do you all have tickets and vehicle passes?

Yes, tickets are provided. I think they are a total of around 10 people and would like 3 RVs. And they are coming from Europe and arriving quite late I guess ... so any leads would be great. Thank you

Are you a travel agent? I think the BMorg would be really interested in this service and the camp or camps benefiting from it.

I would send a detailed email including who you are, your contact information: burner profile+phone+email+ticket transactions you have+time zone for phone callback contact, who the attendees are and their detailed contact information, dates of arrival and departure with airports if they fly in, and any camp you and they are part of to [email protected]. They are coordinating RV services and they need all that detail to help you make your playa experience the best!

I was solicited with an offer of three rvs. Sent contact info along to outside services, in case some one else needs them, since I really don’t. Cheers.
