Lost iPhone recovered in the Lost and found list online

Hey. I lost my phone at playa.
Luckily checked and it is on the lost and found list online.
I’m grateful.
I’m back in India now and just wanted to connect to a volunteer who can send me the phone back to me.
If someone can get me connected so that I can receive my phone will be very helpful.
