Lost iPhone 13

Lost a red iPhone 13 on playa. It never got turned in to Lost and Found, but it showed up in Reno at the Grand Sierra Resort on Monday, September 6 using Find My iPhone. So obviously somebody took it. It has been offline since then and not showing up in Find My iPhone. I'm really hoping somebody helps me out. I have so many photos I never got backed up.
