Lost in the playa iphone 11promax claim n.1607T

Hey. I lost my phone at playa.
it's an 11phone prox max with a double battery black cover and a sticker on the back orange and light blue saying 100% awesome.
i thought i lost it forever but Luckily i checked and it is on the lost and found list online.
I’m grateful and i would be super grateful tot he person that can help me get it back.
i"m not a big geek in term of technology and i forgot to backup my phone for the past two years.
i'm desperate because if i will lose that phone i will lose two years of memories of me and my kids and family.
i'm desperate and every day i'm getting more sad about the phone because i'm trying to connect and get in touch with the bm support team but i don't received any answer and i'm super scared i won't be able to get my phone back.
Please please please can anybody help me?
I’m back in italy now and just wanted to connect to a volunteer who can send me the phone back to me or send it to a friend of mine in LA that he is already aware of the situation(if this can make things easier).
If someone can get me connected so that I can receive my phone will be very helpful.
