Lost iphone Mac App tracked it at 6 and esplanade

I hope you are well after the burn.
My phone was lost around AEZ 4:00 and F. It showed up on my Where Is App, that helps find my lost iphone. Then on the 4th it was tracked at 6 and esplanade by the Lost and Found camp on the 4th after I already left the Playa. But since the phone is off, I can not ping it.
My phone number is 415-548-0738.
I can receive text messages and FaceTime calls using my Mac but the person calling or texting has to do it from an iPhone as well (it wont work with Androids or other smartphones since it is running on iMessage and FaceTime which are apple program).
