No response from Lost and Found / Pick up in SF?

I have not gotten any response from lost and found after submitting a request to get my phone back (it's been a couple of weeks now). Is there a way to pick it up directly from San Francisco (or anywhere else nearby)?

I emailed, posted on their social media, asked someone who works for the org, no one seems to have an answer on when/where things can be picked up

Same thing.
I’ve emailed a couple of times or more, but got no reply since 15-20 days.
I’ve claimed my phone in the lnf items online but not able to get in touch with anyone.
Let me know if anyone reaches out to you guys from the team.

I was told my phone was found on the Burner Express but when I emailed back no one ever responded. I kept reaching out for months. I think it's strange that they emailed me to tell me they found it then went dark. Hope you get your items back, but there needs to be a better system in place.

I'm sure they would love to have you volunteer at Lost and Found. This is a do-ocracy after all. Wouldn't it be great for you to be the start of a better system?
