LOST shoulder harness bag with fairy lights

Lost my shoulder harness bag friday night at opulent temple. They have 2 small saddlebags connected with a harness. Made of recycled motorbike tubes. They had rgb fairy lights wrapped around the whole harness with a usb battery pack in one of the bags
