Sorry for the late post, but it's me. I found this and would like to try to get it back to its rightful owner. It looks like it was hand-sewn by somebody who really knew what they were doing. Hopefully somebody recognizes the design and can get the word to the person who dropped it. Claim it by describing the sleeves or something identifiable that's not in the photo.
