Did anyone else just not get a link to the sale?

My parents got the email on last Thursday:

You are registered for the 2023 Main Ticket Sale.
The best way to enter the sale is to use your personalized link which will be emailed to you the day before the sale.

But they never got the personalized link to the sale. And they were logged in to the burner profile an hour before, refreshing, but even though the banner "The main ticket sale is now on" went up, the "tickets" section never updated.

I personally forgot to register so didn't even have a chance. Very sad right now

My wife and a friend were both new registrants, and experienced the same thing you did. Not much to be done when you only realize the issue within the hour before sale commencement, which was unfortunate.
