Kids Tickets - Questions on how they work

Hi! We are planning to bring our two kids (under 12) to BM the first time this year.
Does anybody know how the kids ticket system works? I can see on the ticket site that they will be available on 12th July, but it doesn't say a time.
Will they sell out or be distributed first come first serve? Is there an overall max. amount of kids tickets available in case I sign up too late? Worried we will be too late, as I won't be able to log in until the evening that day.
And how will we receive the kids tickets, directly as download after signing up/registering or does that go through a manual process?

The information is somewhat vague. Tickets traditionally go on sale at noon, west coast time. On playa, there are relatively few kids 12 and under. I expect tickets would be on sale for at least several days, but most likely longer than that. These are beautiful, self printed tickets that will be needed at the gate, but will make a nice souvenir ticket that can be framed.
I know regular tickets are purchased through a link on your Burner Profile. Kids tix may be the same.
I wish I had clearer info. I'm sure it will all work out fine.
