When does Box Office/Will Call open August 19?

For those of us lucky enough to have staff credentials and work WAPs, how early does Box Office/Will call open on August 19th? My first work shift is the morning of the 20th, my WAP pickup date is the 19th, and I really need to get on-playa to set up the work support camp I manage before work.

Last year I picked up my wristband and car pass at the Gerlach box office, but this year my WAP is dated after they have closed.
