Hi!! I was approved for a ticket thru the ticket aid program. I received the congrats email, but never received the email with instructions for how to purchase. We are supposed to purchase them between July 24-27, right now!!
I emailed [email protected] and I sent a message thru the website, but haven't gotten a reply yet...is anyone else having this issue? What should I do??

Hi CassKitty! I have the same issue and never received the email with instructions. I also sent a note to [email protected] so hopefully we'll hear back soon.

I’m in the same boat but a little farther I have the instructions but when I go to the site it says I need a access code, Where do I find that?

I emailed them back letting them know it is asking for an access code, maybe do the same so they realize we can’t purchase them yet?

Just go to the last email and hit that link , now it will now auto populate the tickets and you can buy them, just remember there’s a time limit to do it , make sure you have your credit card ready

I have emailed the ticketaid team for additional instructions, but I didn't receive any response from them. Were anyone able to purchase the ticket through the aid program?
