Now Unable to attend but have will call tickets. Advice please?

Hi all,

as per the title my girlfriend and I will no longer be attending from Europe and have our tickets delivered as will-call at the gate of the festival. I'd like to be able to return them or sell them but don't know how to get access to the tickets to pass them on. Can anyone advise if they've been in this situation or if there is someone who can help me.

I'd be very grateful for any help on this.
