Yurt setups - Is this allowed or not in 2023?

With the news of people trying to scam newbies into spending money, a friend of a friend shared with me this site they were considering using this year:
https://www.burneryurts.com/
Essentially you pay them to set up a yurt with all the fixins' at your camp. I thought this was done away with - hence my suspicion about this arrangement. Can anyone provide any more details about what is and isn't accepted? I'm not trying to "cancel" this group if there are doing the right thing, but I feel like it's a grey area, and don't want people to lose money and have nowhere to stay when arriving on playa.

That site has a certain "odor" to it. I myself would not send them any money. Nopeski.

I would check with outside services to verify they are legit. I think it’s pretty clear this is not allowed, but who reads rules anymore?
This is from the burning man website outside services:
No more delivered housing
As explained above, after taking a close look at OSS program usage data and the findings from our Cultural Direction Setting community engagement project, it was clear that we needed to re-align the OSS program to its intended purpose and Burning Man’s Principles. In an effort to course correct, for 2022 and beyond, there will be no delivered housing through the OSS program. We are encouraging everyone who used this service to re-evaluate their housing arrangements this year.

Very clearly not allowed, per my reading.
I suggest sending it to
[email protected] - they'll sort it out.

Just based on what they are charging, it's a total rip-off.
There's no reason you can't build your own for under $1,000.00.
I'm just guessing at the price because we, my husband and I, put together our own three room yurt for the last I don't remember how many years and the only thing we need to purchase now is the tape.
Just check with any hardware store to find out the current prices for the 4'x 8' insulating board. You'll need 9 pieces.

Thanks for the feedback.
I shared this with my friend and they will be looking elsewhere and doing something different. I also sent an email to "doingitwrong" and they replied saying they would investigate further.
Appreciate it, as always!
