Camp Fuego is considering 2023 membership applications from folks who are either local to the Bay Area so that they can provide effective participation or are interested in spending the week AFTER burning man with a group of about 20 of us at our home headquarters in Oakland, CA cleaning up (power washing, inventorying etc) everything for the following year. Fuego brings to BRC a stage, DJ dance parties, No Mercy Karaoke, an incredible bar experience, A/C lounge, misting station and the playa’s only bottomless organic snow cones. And even the playa’s only coffin to lay your ego to rest. Only interested in fellow campers who want to help us create and share our radically inclusive gifts of refreshment, entertainment and joy, including the joy of a duly eff’d ego. Stage presence and musical skills a plus. LGBTQ+ friendly/allied. BIPOC encouraged. Scholarship program available.
