, gearing up for our 3rd unforgettable year in Black Rock City. We're on the lookout for a few new folks who vibe with our ethos of hospitality, service, and creating joy through illusion. We’ve received amazing feedback over the last two years and are excited to keep spreading smiles (and luggage) across the playa.

- BELLHOP SERVICE: Strategically located on the Burner Express bus route, our bellhops in iconic hats will greet you and help schlep your stuff—and your too-clean selves—from the bus stop to your surrounding camps, all while enticing you to join us for a drink and some karaoke.
HOTEL AMENITIES: Enjoy lavish chandeliers, flowing red curtains, a luxurious hotel bar, helpful bellhop service, a rooftop terrace, a mind-blowing concierge desk, and a buzzing karaoke lounge. Our guests are treated to 5-star service and a dusty bev in a welcoming and weird hotel lobby.
HOSPITALITY: We delight in being one of the first on-playa faces that Burners encounter, offering a welcoming smile and immediate assistance.
ILLUSION OVER REALITY: Reality is overrated. We stay in character as hotel staff, creating a joy-inducing immersive experience that plays with the boundaries of imagination.
INTERACTIVE ROLES: Dive into roles like bellhopping, manning our concierge desk, mixing up magic at the bar, or hosting karaoke with the flair that only The Hotel Lobby can provide.
NO HARD SCHEDULES OR SHIFTS: Our low-key style means no hard shifts or schedules. We encourage everyone to contribute when and how they feel inspired.
DO-OCRACY: At The Hotel Lobby, those who step up, lead. We value doers and provide plenty of room for new members to take charge of projects and ideas. If you see something you want to own and improve, the floor is yours! As we always say, “If you can't tell who is in charge, you are!”
