Seeking small area in shared or private storage space

I fly in from Europe and can't take all things on the plane.
I need only about 25 sq ft of ground space, where I should be able to stack everything up on: Tent (valuable "no bake"), aluminet, air mattress, portable 12V fridge, toolbox, bike trailer (folded flat).
I only need access to it once at year, during BM. You're also welcome to use my things during the other times as long as you'd replace or repair anything you break.
I cannot afford a full storage for this, but I'm sure others have some space in their rental space, or maybe even someone in their private place? Willing to pay $150-$200 per year.
