Ticket no. 7132 MISSING LUGGAGE:

Dear Sir or Madam,

I was one of the last of the folks who managed to escape the Burning
Man flood on one of the last buses.

The military-issued duffle bag with "Ty Trenholme K7792385" written in
black marker on the top of the duffle bag was NOT received. I can only
presume it was sent to San Francisco by accident during all the chaos.

The ticket stub says; Ty Trenholme Military ID# K7792385 (506) 733-2876.

I am staying at the SureStay Hotel Reno Airport, 1981 Terminal Way.
Reno, Nevada 890502, in room 255 across the road from the Reno Airport
departing for CANADA on the 7th of September.

This military-issued duffle bag was issued to me during basic training
40 years ago. I am a 35-year veteran of the Royal Canadian Navy. The
duffle bag and its contents are extremely sentimental to me.

How or who do I contact to find out where my green military duffle
bag, ticket no. 7132 with my name and military ID written on top is
located, and how do I get it back?

For your Consideration,

I remain,

Dear Sir or Madam,

I have spent the past 3 days assisting in unloading the buses returning from Burning Man and securing all of the bicycles with a fella named Brian at (775) 203-4737 hoping to find my military-issued green duffle bag without success.

I have been dealing with a person named Olivia Malik at (408) 313-9313 who informed me that I must pay UPS and acquire a UPS label, then send it to her location in San Francisco. UPS labels are not processed at the UPS Store, it is done online. I have asked Olivia Malik repeatedly where to send the UPS label she is requesting and all I get in response is "San Francisco"... A UPS label requires an actual address not just a STATE. I have requested via Oliva Malik what address she would like the UPS label sent to without a response.

I can appreciate the difficult situation everyone is in dealing with this natural disaster and the multiple logistics of helping everyone out.

I have 2 case numbers: Case #01321998 and Case #01317977.

Please refer to the attached picture of my military-issued duffle bag issued to me 40 years ago during basic training and has accompanied me around the world while serving in Her Majesty's Royal Canadian Navy for 35 years which has my name and military ID# written in black marker along the top of the bag. "Ty Trenholme K7792385"

Please advise how I should proceed.
