Lost BLUE VELVET JACKET

Please please help me find this. "Lost" (taken) at 415 and H on the 1st Sunday or Monday night. My mom hand made this for me 27 years ago. Bright blue velvet jacket. Size men's 40-ish. 9th time this jacket went to the burn. Please and thank you.
