FOUND WOMENS TAN FANNY PACK/CELL PHONE WITH ALL THE THINGS

Found a large light tan fanny pack with a iPhone (yellow white case) a paper id that says “vashington”—looks a bit strange. Maybe foreign. It’s a female with bangs. Will update with name when I look again.
