As previously mentioned, the Burning Man Today Sale (previously known as the FOMO Sale) begins at noon PST on 12 February 2025. To participate in this sale, you must have already pre-registered. Partial Burning Man ticketing info for all the ticket sales is available here. There are limited numbers of the two lowest ticket tiers allotted to this sale, and they are expected to sell out fairly quickly. Good luck to all those who are hoping to get tickets in this sale!

I'm hoping things went well for those who participated. From what I've seen elsewhere online, the allocations of the two lowest tiers disappeared almost immediately... but that was to be expected since we knew it was a limited number allocated to the sale and in the years when Burning Man did tiered sales, those always went quickly. The downside of more efficient ticketing systems means more orders can be processed in less time and things sell through much faster.

Next up, the Ticket Aid and Resilience Program applications open on the 19th of February. More information can be found on the Burning Man Tickets page.

After that, the invitation-only Stewards Sale will take place, to help teams that build theme camps, art installations and mutant vehicles to get some of their essential team mates access to tickets. Hopefully by then, we'll get some more details and information for the Tomorrow Sale (previously Main Sale).

So, it's the end of March basically and there is still no info on when the Tomorrow sale is going to be. What seems to be the holdup and when can we expect an accouncement?

Best I've heard regarding the Tomorrow
'Main Sale' is that it will occur toward the end of April.

They do seem to like holding the sale on Wednesdays at noon PT, with the registration window open for a couple of days near the end of the preceeding week. That said, you never know what they'll come up with when it comes to ticketing! Good luck!

I don't know what the holdup is, and I've been asking about it too. I believe we are at the latest point in the season that Burning Man has not yet provided all the details for the main ticket sale, regardless of the name. Sure, we know the ticket tier prices, cost of vehicle passes, and fees/taxes... but not knowing when the sale is due to take place makes it difficult for people to financially plan, and the holdup on the sale is hurting many camps and crews from getting members as many participants are reluctant to start investing time and money in those pursuits until they have their tickets sorted out.

All political issues with international travelers aside, the logistics and economics of visas, flights, vehicle rentals is easier with a longer lead time, and gets more complicated with less lead time. I hope Burning Man is able to make an announcement soon.
